A 12-week coaching package, (based on my PHD research), to give you mindfulness skills and to guide you to find your unique meaning and purpose, your WHY. Sessions are once per week on Skype or Zoom.

How do I do Purpose Coaching?
I guide you to find your meaning, as well as a personal calling, based on the thinking of Viktor Frankl, through tasks that you can fulfil, or things that you can do now and in the future, relationships that you can strengthen and enrich and attitudes that you can cultivate and develop when you can’t change things. You are also given mindfulness skills to help you regulate your emotions and be present in the moment in all that life presents to you.
